Registration is now OPEN!

 

Welcome new, and returning, players and parents to our registration for the 2011-2012 season. We are happy to announce that the fee for this season will not increase.

 

The 2011-2012 program fee is:  $500.00

 

The program fee will include a jersey and a pair of socks. We are also planning on having the same amount of ice as last year. We are also working on having a tournament in Pensacola.

 

Please complete ALL the steps below to ensure your child's registration is complete. Once we have received all required documents you will receive an email stating your child's registration is complete. STEP 1

Navigate to USA Hockey and register your child as an ice player for the 2011-2012 season. Print a copy of the USA Hockey Membership confirmation.

 

 

STEP 2

Read the Player & Parent Handbook and the NFHL By-Laws for rules, regulations, policies, and required equipment (both are located to the right, under documents). By completing your child's registration you are agreeing to the rules and regulations in both documents.

 

STEP 3

Complete the 2011-2012 NFHL Registration Form

 

STEP 4

Complete and print the three forms (located to the right, under forms).

Consent to Treat

Code of Conduct

Amateur Hockey Rules and Regulations.

 

STEP 5

Mail all required documents below:

– The three forms from STEP 4

– USA Hockey Membership Confirmation

– Your child's birth certificate

– Payment
